Come check out Gentle Stretching Yoga with Kara!

No sun salutations or challenging poses in this class - You will be doing lots of stretching while seated, on hands and knees and standing. Relax and learn to breathe into your muscles for complete release.

Grounded Power Flow

Grounded Power Flow

Beginners to All Levels. This class focuses on the foundation of every pose.  The simple and powerful sequence is designed to ground the students into their hands, feet and core. The class is great for runners, cyclist and anyone who is trying to release stuck muscles. Experience deep breathing for personal awareness and less stress.

Yoga in the Park

Yoga in the Park this Sunday at 9am!

This will be a gentle class, all experience levels are welcome!

Plan to be outside by the pavilion next to the tennis courts, if the grass is wet then we will be under the pavilion. Be sure to come a few minutes early so we can start at 9am.

Bring a mat and water and get ready to move in this beautiful weather!

First Time Clients: Free!
Returning Students: $10
